Health & Wellness Fair at Attivo Trail
At Attivo Trail, we believe staying healthy is important at every age. That’s why we were excited to host our recent Health & Wellness Fair for our residents.
During the event, residents were able to walk around and visit different tables set up by local healthcare and wellness businesses. Giving everyone a chance to ask questions, learn about helpful services, and explore options that may help them now or in the future.
The vendors who joined us included: Caldwell Parrish, Cedar Valley Mobility, Health Source Chiropractic Care, Home Instead, Infinity Home Care, Paragon Cleaning, Senior Helpers, St. Croix Hospice, Sunset Care, WesleyLife, and Meals on Wheels. These organizations shared information about home care, meal services, mobility equipment, chiropractic care, hospice support, cleaning services, and other helpful resources for seniors.

A spotlight vender— Project Lean Nation, talked with residents about their healthy pre-made meals service and how they can make eating well easier and more convenient.
Another exciting part of the event was a fitness demonstration from Kate with Home Instead. Kate led residents through fun and simple exercises focused on staying active and healthy.

The Health & Wellness Fair was a great way for residents to learn new things, meet local organizations, and spend time together as a community. We are thankful to all the vendors who participated and helped make the event a success.
