What services are not provided in active adult living?
You will not find medical assistance, transportation, or meals, but our friendly team will be happy to assist you with locating these services as needed.
How much does it cost to apply?
$60 per person

Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?
Yes, but it cannot be held until you sign a lease
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
No security deposit. We have a one-time $1000 community fee per person that is non-refundable.

What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
The hours are 7am-7pm. Indoor pool is open year round.

We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. For Saturday tours, please contact our team.

Yes! We allow dogs and cats. Our community also features a dog park.

Are there restrictions on home services?
No, you can continue services that you already have in your home. (Therapies, cleaning, medical or non-medical assistance, pet services, etc.)

It is a 30 minute commute from Attivo Trail Waukee to the Des Moines International Airport
Are the apartments furnished?
No, the apartments are not furnished. They do come equipped with stainless-steel appliances and an in-unit washer and dryer.

This is dependent on the unit. All units have a walk-in shower. Two bedrooms may have a tub shower combo as well in the second bathroom.
